Buckley Towers Condominium Inc.

• An "Occupant" is defined as any person who is lawfully in residence or in possession of an apartment or shop unit of Buckley Towers Condominium Inc.

• One Bedroom units: No more than three (3) occupants per unit.

• Two Bedroom units: No more than four (4) occupants per unit.

• Each apartment unit may be occupied only by a single family, its servants, and guest, as a residence, and may not be use for any other purpose whatever.

• No apartment owner will permit any use of his apartment which will increase the rate of insurance upon any part of the condominium property.

Children

• Persons under the age of sixteen (16) are prohibited from Card rooms, Billiard rooms, gym or sauna unless they are accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• All elevators are for the use and convenience of the residents of Buckley Towers. Children are prohibited from playing or loitering in the elevators.

Guest

• Anyone staying more than 30 days is not considered a guest and must go through the screening process.

• To provide access from the intercom system to your guest;

• You must notify the office with the local phone number witch work in conjunction with the building’s entrance directory.

• Your guests can find you on directory from Last Name, to First and follow the steps indicated.

• To Buzz your guest into the building, place press the # 6 from your phone keypad.
